Description
Two-way acacia wood pallets are a very popular product in the warehousing and industrial manufacturing sectors due to their reasonable cost, high durability, and stable load-bearing capacity. The product is made from carefully selected natural acacia wood, which is then cut, dried, and treated to prevent termite infestation before production. This results in a longer lifespan for the pallets, reducing warping, cracking, or wood rot when used in warehouse environments.
The two-way lifting design allows forklifts or hand trucks to access the pallets from both the front and the rear. This is a suitable option for warehouses with narrow aisles or where cost optimization is needed. The pallet structure consists of parallel top rails, combined with a bottom support system and pallet legs securely connected with steel rivets or specialized screws. This entire structure allows the pallet to withstand loads from 1 to 1.5 tons, depending on the wood thickness and manufacturing specifications.
Pallets are commonly used to support bagged goods, cardboard boxes, plastic pellets, building materials, consumer goods, agricultural products, or raw materials for manufacturing. When goods are placed on pallets, they lift the goods off the ground, preventing direct contact with wet surfaces and facilitating quick movement by forklifts. This helps minimize damage to goods, save labor, and increase operational efficiency in the warehouse.
In addition to the standard size of 1000 x 1200 mm, pallets can also be manufactured in various other sizes such as 800 x 1200 mm, 1100 x 1100 mm, or to the specific dimensions of each type of container, warehouse shelving, and production line. Customers can also choose additional options such as adding reinforcing bars, surface sanding, marking paint, or fumigation treatment if used for export goods.
