EPAL standard acacia wood pallets are a premium line of pallets manufactured to international standards to meet the stringent requirements of goods transportation and export. The product uses acacia wood that has undergone thorough processing, including drying, moisture content testing, and fumigation according to ISPM 15 standards. As a result, the pallets fully meet the requirements of customs and major export markets such as Europe, the United States, Japan, and South Korea.

The EPAL standard pallet design ensures a uniform size of 1000 x 1200 x 144 mm, suitable for most containers, trucks, and industrial racking systems. The pallet features a four-way lift design, allowing forklift access from all sides. This speeds up cargo handling, reduces operating time, and increases efficiency in logistics centers or import/export warehouses.

The pallet top is constructed from multiple thick, evenly spaced wooden slats to better distribute the load. Beneath this is a system of support bars and load-bearing legs, allowing the pallet to withstand dynamic loads of 1.5 to 2 tons and significantly higher static loads. Thanks to its excellent load-bearing capacity, the product is suitable for supporting heavy goods such as machinery, components, packaging, clothing, packaged agricultural products, or containerized export goods.

A major advantage of EPAL pallets is their reusability. After the shipping process is complete, the pallets can continue to be used in warehouses or rotated between factories and shipping units. This helps businesses save costs in the long run and reduce waste. In addition, the product can be printed with logos, serial numbers, or company symbols for internal management purposes.
